We're serving two great meals at the Aerie this weekend so come enjoy good food and good fellowship. And set aside an hour to help us set up, deliver meals to diners, or clean up. We hope everyone has been able to join us for at least one of the several meals we offer every month. We always have dinner on the first, third, and fourth Friday nights and breakfast on the first Sunday of each month. Occasionally a brother or sister will offer to cook on the second or fifth Fridays. These meals are always welcomed as they give additional reason for members to gather for good food and fellowship.
In the past, members have prepared a pasta dinner, St. Patrick's Day corned beef meal, or an Italian Sunday Gravy dinner (gravy being tomato sauce to the rest of us.) On the simpler side, we have had fish fries, soup and sandwich, taco night, etc. We're the Eagles! No haute cuisine required!
If you are willing to cook please shoot a message to Trustees@FOE871.com or tell a bartender. Get a group of friends to go in together to share the work and the fun. You will be reimbursed for your costs. To help your planning, here is a list of the second and fifth Fridays for the rest of the year. Just seven people stepping up would allow us to offer a meal every Friday. Will you be one?

On Friday, July 4, the Rathskeller will open at 3:00 p.m. We are serving hotdogs and hamburgers from 4:00-7:00 p.m. to celebrate Independence Day. $10 all you can eat.

Bubba Merker Heart Walk Reminder: Join the event on Saturday, May 3rd for the 31st Annual Bubba Merker Heart Walk. The club will open at 8am and the walk will begin at 9am. The event aims to raise funds for the Grand Aerie Heart Fund..
Participants will receive a t-shirt and lunch will be provided. Support the event by walking or donating and have lunch at the FOE. Southside will open early for us to have libations on the way back.

Staunton 680 will be hosting the State Golf tournament on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at Gypsy Hill Golf course. Registration starts at 8:30 am and play at 9 am. This is a four person team event cost $280 per team if you want t signs Aerie cost is $100 and a personal sign is $50. We are having mulligans door prizes and 50/50 raffles optional $20.00.
