Hello Rock n Rollers! Tonight at the Eagles, a fabulous 50s Sock Hop! Starting at 8:00 come do the Mashed Potato and the Twist as we play some of the greatest music of the 20th century! Wear your poodle skirts as you compete for fabulous prizes in a hula hoop contest. And it's a potluck, so bring a 50s inspired dish! See you there cool cats!

We still need a lot of help if we are going to have a successful Bloody Mary breakfast this Sunday, August 13.
Please sign up for a one to two-hour shift to help set up or serve meals. Not a morning person? Come down at 11:00 to help us put away food, wipe down tables, dry, and put away dishes.
Many of our regular volunteers are out of town, so we really need new people to step up and help out.
Remember that all volunteers are recognized and thanked on our board beside the chips and candy shelf.

Sunday, August 13, is our rescheduled Bloody Mary Breakfast from 9:00-11:00. Enjoy eggs and pancakes cooked to order along with sausage, bacon, hash browns, grits, puffs and more for only $12 ($5 for children.) Bloody Mary Breakfast scheduled for Sunday, August 6, is in danger of being canceled because our regular cooks are taking well-deserved vacations. Can anyone else fill in for them? The work requires prepping all the foodstuffs for the steam table and then cooking eggs to order. Time commitment is 6:00-11:30 a.m. Please tell a bartender or a trustee if you can help.
