Dear Brothers and Sisters,
This is the fourth week of the month which means we must be serving shrimp and chicken wings at the Rathskeller this Friday, July 28, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Enjoy any combination of shrimp (spiced or fried) ahd chicken wings with corn and coleslaw. Prices vary depending on the order. And the Auxiliary will bring desserts to sell. We need just a few more people to help out. VoluntEAGLES: Shrimp & Wing Night -- July 28 (signupgenius.com)
The following week brings us back to steak night on Friday, August 4, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Enjoy 14-ounce ribeye steak dinner with all the fixings for $25. VoluntEAGLES: Steak Night - August 4, 2023 (signupgenius.com)
Bloody Mary Breakfast scheduled for Sunday, August 6, is in danger of being canceled because our regular cooks are taking well-deserved vacations. Can anyone else fill in for them? The work requires prepping all the foodstuffs for the steam table and then cooking eggs to order. Time commitment is 6:00-11:30 a.m. Please tell a bartender or a trustee if you can help.
The Board appreciates everyone who has helped in the past and those who continue to do so. Check the box beside the snack shelves to see the names of the volunteers from the previous month.

Dear Brothers and Sisters, We hope everyone is enjoying the July 4th holiday.
As a reminder, the Aerie will be closed all day so the bartenders can celebrate too. But come down on Friday, July 7, from 5:30-7:30, for a great steak dinner. A 14-ounce ribeye with baked potato, salad, and more for only $25. What a deal! As always, we need help from you, our members, to make this meal possible. Please sign up for a one-hour shift to set up tables, make salad, deliver meals or wash dishes. VoluntEAGLES: Steak Night - July 7, 2023 (signupgenius.com)
