The annual Chili Cookoff returns on Sunday, January 28. Fifteen chefs will compete for three prizes, including the coveted chili necklace. Judging begins at 2:00; afterwards members are invited to eat a bowl of chili for themselves for a $5 fee.
If you are interested in entering the contest, sign up at the Rathskeller and read all the rules. You must bring your chili to the Aerie by 1:45in your own crock pot. We don't have the facilities to reheat, so bring it hot.
The Board of Trustees appreciates all those who have volunteered in the past and those who continue to do so.
