There was a small but mighty group of 16 volunteers who spent Saturday morning making tremendous improvements to the Aerie. Work accomplished included: pulling weeds and overgrowth from the parking lot, surrounding fence, and window wells; digging out the clogged drain leading to Route One to prevent flooding; thorough cleaning of the chairs, stools, tables, and liquor lockers; scrubbing the beer keg cooler and downstairs refrigerator; and wiping down counters, mirrors and other spaces behind the bar.
Come admire the hard work and say thank you to Dwight Barnes, Beverly Bell, Rich Brune, Reed Diehl, Steve Elliott, Pam Ferguson, Mickey and Valerie Hansen, Tracy Kidd, Blair Larkins, Jeff Livingston, Steven Mecartney, Rabeya Rahman, Don Sexton, Pam Williams and Paul Zanowski.
